Our Story

Wow. Where do I begin? As a teen and young adult I dated some jerks, nice guys, a divorced guy with a 12 year old child, a gay guy, 😂 (ok... I only went on one date with him... I felt super weird around him hence it was only ONCE HAHAHA) very spiritual guys, some guys who I helped influence to build their testimony, and one perfect man. **I still laugh about the dumb choices in guys that I made, but I learned from them.  In Spring of 2014 I was set up on a blind date by my friend. We went on a triple date and it was super fun! The problem was that I was "trying" to get the guy to like me. I asked my friend how I should act around him and things I could do to become his girlfriend.... OK THAT WAS DUMB 😂! Who does that? HAHA But long story short, he would never commit to anything... We went on a few more dates but never would hold my hand or progress in wanting to become bf/gf. Then he kissed me one week before I was supposed to move to CHICAGO with him, his sisters and

Early Life

My nickname was "Taz" growing up because I was a very active child. My mom found me on top of the refrigerator one time! HAHA Oops, sorry mom! 😜 I am noticing my daughter is the same way (From what my family has told me)! She is very active and loves to climb on furniture, jump off the couch and have a good ole' time!   My parents raised me and my sister in the LDS church  and I will be forever grateful for that. I loved primary and Young Women's and always had the best leaders that led by example. Since I was a young child, all I wanted was to get MARRIED in the temple and have babies! I planned to be married right out of high school... I would have children right away, and life would be peachy!  These days it seems as though people take the term marriage very lightly. There are so many

I try to journal when I can, but with my busy life it can be difficult to do. This blog will be about my life. I will share the good the bad and the ugly! HAHA Enjoy! Please leave comments if you see fit! This is a picture of my husband and daughter in Utah a few weeks ago for conference. I am so grateful for them and their strong testimonies.
